With only 5000 Snow Leopards remaining in the world the Snow Leopard is a highly endangered species.
Snow Leopards live in the central Asian mountain ranges. They are hunted for their beautiful pelts and are killed by farmers as retribution when livestock is taken.
Community based conservation is crucial to the Snow Leopard’s survival.
Snow Leopard Vodka Ltd has set up the independent Snow Leopard Trust UK, which works with the Snow Leopard International Trust endeavoring to ensure the cat’s survival. |
